CFLE has a C-terminal glycosyl hydrolase family 18 (GH18) catalytic domain as well as two N-terminal LysM peptidoglycan-binding domains. In addition to SleB, this family includes YaaH, YdhD, and YvbX from Bacillus subtilis. |
