Capsule polysaccharide, typically composed of repeating monosaccharides joined by glycosidic linkages, is commonly found on the bacteria cell surface as a capsule structure layer. It is located outside the outer membrane of gram-negative cells and the peptidoglycan layer of gram-positive cells.
